Construction
I am not a specialist construction lawyer, but
I am broadly familiar with UK construction procurement and have
many times advised on building contracts and on the terms of engagement
of construction professionals. In the case of two of the examples
given in the Experience Section : Development I dealt with all construction
issues arising in relation to the developments in question, including
disputes. I have acted for overseas investors on forward purchases
of investment property and effectively acted as the client’s
representative in the construction process. I have drafted and negotiated
project management agreements for various projects, including a
well known City of London retail/office building.
