Examples:
Organising an objection by a group of City landowners to the Bill
giving London Underground the required powers to construct the Docklands
Light Railway extension to Bank underground station. This involved
working with parliamentary agents on the petition and the collation
of expert evidence as well as appearing before the House of Lords
Committee.
Advising a number of property owners at London Bridge in objecting
on their behalf to the proposed Thameslink 2000 scheme and the redevelopment
of London Bridge station – and subsequently acting for the
same group of occupiers in mounting an objection to the proposed
"glass shard" office tower proposed by Irvine Sellar.
Petitioning on behalf of Soho property owners against
the Crossrail Bill.
